Well I haven't really had much of a chance to work on it because i had my finals for school but now that school is out i plan to work on it as much as possible and i plan on starting over keeping mostly ust the lyrics and rythm and using your suggestions to help.
I really don't know al that much about composing though so i went to the public library and checked out some books on music theory and I've been reading up on it.
hi! thanks so much! im really excited and still trying to figure this website out. i actually live in the U.S. and have been taking western classical voice for a while. I used to take Indian voice out here as a child but stopped because of a lack of teachers. Guru came to the U.S. to teach and I started taking from him and fell in love with Indian Classical Voice. He is back in India now and I take voice lessons on skype with him every week and may be going to India in the next few months to study voice with him. Basically, the Music Foundation India tries to reach out to different types of musicians and spread the knowledge of Indian Hindustani voice. Guru has taught many people in the UK with western music backgrounds and has now started teaching people in the US also.
Hey Jonathan , I'm sorry I disappeared a little bit I just had exams and it's been such a tought month for me with very little time to do anything else ... I just played my Master's public recital few days ago and one of the pieces I played is Longa Abdu Dagher ( Do Major ) or ( Ajam ) in the Arabic scales ... I will get the recording in couple a days and will try to upload it. Would love to hear you feed back about it .
Hi Jonathon, I have been playing harp with high school orchestra along with my younger sister. Had a performance on Mon and Wed and another one coming up on May 25.
I'm out of classes for the summer, but I'm taking tumbling starting in July. Also, I'm going to appear in a production of "Seussical" this coming August, so that makes 12 shows for me. As far as I'm concerned, I hope I can nail a role at a future audition!
Thank you! I'm not sure if I was able to join the Musical Theater group. The link took me to another page with links to some theaters. Is that correct?
Hey! Sorry, I haven't been on for a bit, got caught up in NZ! No, I'm not playing in the video on my profile, but I do know them all really well; they are old friends of mine. I shall be taking the fiddlers place here soon though. Pretty exciting!
