The activty:

We want to hear what music you can create using the Tone Matrix app.
Get started by clicking on this blank Tone Matrix.

The Activity:

Using the Tone Matrix, create a cool sound pattern or loop. Just click on the grid to get started!

Use the app's built-in tools to

  • copy, cut, and paste to edit or add to your tune;
  • add layers by clicking on the tabs on the right;
  • change the speed of your loop by adjusting the tempo up or down; or
  • clear the tone matrix entirely to start over.

Embed your Tone Matrix composition in the comments section below.

Once you’re satisfied with your Tone Matrix tune,
grab the EMBED CODE by clicking the Get & Share
icon on the upper right corner of the Tone Matrix.

Click the Media button to insert your code.
You can post as many new tunes as you like!
