Help Topics: How to update optimize your computer for Live Chats
When you access the Live Chat meeting room in Adobe Connect for the first time (or from a new computer), you may see the screen below prompting you to update your computer’s version of Adobe Flash Player and the Adobe Connect Add-in. These are simple, quick downloads that update your computer's software and allow you to run the online meeting room that we use for Tuesday Talks.
If you would like to update and optimize your computer before the next Tuesday Talk, we encourage you to:
- Download the most recent version of Adobe Flash Player
- Visit the Adobe Connect website to test your software and internet connection (more information)
