Hi Songwriters!

It's not too late to be a part of the Somewhere Project! Here are some ways to get involved:

1.   Write a song based on the lyrics "There's a place for us". Excellent songs will be featured on Carnegie Hall's Somewhere SoundCloud:

2.  Go to Neighborhood Concerts! It's a great way to be part of the city-wide activity in your own borough, and to hear music created in the projects around the city with professional groups as leaders:

3.  Check out The Somewhere Challenge! You can find tons of inspiration there, including a sampling of other students' work.

4.   Gallery! Engage with the SP by tagging your work #somewhereproject, and take a look around other tagged work on this social media site.

The Musical Exchange homepage details this info as well.

This project is just one way to get you thinking about songwriting. If you have other songwriting ideas or questions, please feel free to get a hold of me here, and let's chat!
