All I can say is WOW! The show - Take the Stage - is going to be absolutely phenomenal. I am extremely humbled and excited to be apart of it. I have to admit, I think one of the most amazing parts was learning Chicago choreography from Melissa Rae Mahon, herself. AH! Every single person we are working with is a master of their craft and I am unbelievably inspired!

I am already learning a lot from this experience. Yesterday we began learning the choreography for the show and finished only 8 hours later. Today consisted of cleaning each of the numbers and running through them! We will have only one more hour long rehearsal and then we will tech the show the morning of! Talk about having to have your thinking caps on at all times (especially when you're going to be standing next to current Broadway professionals!!!) We all are truly feeling the pressure to meet the high standard that is automatically set by these pros! But believe is a standard that we all crave to meet, as I bet a lot of you guys do too!

The ability to learn and adapt quickly is definitely an attribute that is needed in a professional. All of us in the show are learning a lot about that! A professional picks up choreography and music quickly and can adapt to any sort of surroundings, whether it be changing spacing, timing, or even little parts of choreography! Retention and adaptation is key :)

APRIL 28TH is only 2 weeks away!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE IT :) I really hope each of you that are able to come will be there! Definitely bring your families :)

This week, Madison, Brett-Marco, and I will post a video will some sneak peaks :)
