This is a new song I'm working on ,different style then most of my songs so any thoughts would be great .

@connor This is a compelling song. I'm impressed that you are stepping out of your comfort zone (In fact, Mike Viola and I are going to be talking about that very topic in an upcoming live chat on Sunday nightat 9 EST, it would be great if you could join us in the virtual room!)

I like the pedal point (repetitive notes) a lot and think you could use that to build momentum. It does go on a bit long without a change, so if you were committed to that idea there would need to be some serious building up to establish some sense of form in the song. Maybe some wailing guitar, or something. You could also experiment with throwing in, right when you've built it up to a nice inferno, suddenly going to a major key. Or going down a whole step and giving us a hook. Excited to see where this goes!
