"This is great! Did you write this? What is the title of the song? Can you give me more info of how you got involved in the New York Songwriters Circle? You should share this in the Songwriting group!"

Profile Information

I am a:
Student
My school is:
Laguardia High School
My style(s) of music:
A cappella, Choral, Classical, Indie, Jazz, Musical Theater, Opera, Rhythm and Blues, Rock
I am interested in:
Composing / Arranging / Songwriting, Conducting, Making Music Videos, Music History, Music Theory, Performing, Writing Lyrics
My musical instrument(s):
Piano / keyboard, Trombone, Voice
My favorite artists, influences, and inspirations are:
Cabaret, Chicago, Mamas and Papas, Beetles, and so much more. Each one has one element that I like and keep and use those elements to build upon myself.
More about me:
I've started singing in 2009 and played the trombone for 3 years and the piano for a year so far. I really want to be apart of something in the music world. I feel as if you're not performing then you're not living. There are emotions that I can't express where I might hurt or hurt myself by saying them, so I use music to express them without hurting anyone by doing that. Music is more of an outlet for me. I really want to learn more about singing because it seems that there is a lot to learn with presence and just plain singing.
