I'm delighted you found the breathing tutorial useful! I don't have much time for keeping up my clarinet chops these days, but I do find that the breathing work I've done as a singer has really improved certain aspects of my clarinet playing. For some reason I just never focused on breathing all that much when I played the clarinet - perhaps my teachers thought what I was doing was adequate & didn't want to mess w/ it. But breath management is something that can always be expanded upon and improved.
Hello Grace! So glad you've joined the Voice Studio. I was a clarientist for many years before taking up singing seriously - I agree that the human voice is an excellent guide for playing any instrument, especially wind instruments.
