Profile Information

I am a:
Student, Performing Artist
My school is:
Montclair State
My other school or arts organization is:
John J. Cali School of Music
My style(s) of music:
Classical, Opera
I am interested in:
Performing
My musical instrument(s):
Voice
My other musical interests, styles, and instruments are:
I love new music and early music because they don't get enough credit. I mean, everyone loves bel canto and Mozart but there should be room for Muhly and Monteverdi. That said, I've been mostly singing bel canto and Mozart lately so I really just love all styles!
My favorite artists, influences, and inspirations are:
I'm mildly obsessed with Jamie Barton. And by mildly I mean please marry me, Jamie.

Also I think the recording of Marilyn Horne and Joan Sutherland singing Mira o Norma on Ed Sullivan should be ILLEGAL because it's too pure for this world.
More about me:
I have strong opinions about tenors so don't even get me started.

Hi Cornelia - great to see you in the Voice Studio! I'm friendly with several of the voice faculty members at Montclair and hope you're having a fantastic and enriching time there. Looking forward to hearing about your vocal and other musical activities!
