Inspirations

The things that inspire me to write are events that happen daily and emotions that I endure. A lot of the songs that I write are about people in my life, or the way that someone has made an impact on me. Sometimes I don't even think about what I'm saying and the words just come out. Hi Anna, and Congratulations on being a finalist!

I'm one of the songwriting mentors online for this project and I look forward to getting to know you!

I like the new video you posted. I'm a pianist myself and I always enjoy seeing writers playing an instrument as well. Let me know if you'd like any piano tips. Keep on playing!

Please reach out whenever you like with any comments, questions, etc. You can hear my music by checking out my profile. I'll be adding new content throughout the season.

I hope you'll do the songwriting prompts for the next couple of months. This first one is: Who are you as a songwriter?

Happy writing!

Deidre
