If you could choose whatever musical to be in, which one would you be in and which charater would you play?

I guess i'll start it off by saying that i would choose to be in the musicals Chicago as Velma Kelly and Wicked as Elphaba :)

Hands down, I would be Natalie in Next To Normal. One of my favorite shows and I love how passionate the music is.

My answer EXACTLY. Natalie is absolutely my dream role (if I could sing at all *cough*). I love the music in that show, and passionate is the perfect word to describe it.

I'd love the bari role of Sparky in Forever Plaid. Classic songs, lots of jokes, and just plain fun. Here's the movie trailer:

Christine in the Phantom of the Opera or Ariel in The LIttle Mermaid! :3

Mayzie la Bird in Seussical, Liesl von Trapp in The Sound Of Music, or even Eponine in Les Miserables.

Magnolia in Show Boat

I think I would die from happiness if I ever got to be Martha in Spring Awakening or Amy in Company. Or the Madam in Pacific Overtures (solely for the purpose of singing Welcome to Kanagawa), but she's traditionally played by a man.

Oh! I forgot to add Bebe in A Chorus Line. Even though she's not a particularly big role, I absolutely adore her part in At the Ballet. And if I was in any way shape or form passable for Latina I think it would be really fun to be Diana Morales (also in A Chorus Line).

I would love to opportunity to be Elle in Legally Blonde: the Musical because she is such a strong and powerful woman who finds her nerve throughout the duration of the show. She belts, kicks her face and undergoes a remarkable character arch.
Although I will never be the correct type, I would die to play MiMi Marquez in Rent. She is tenacious but so vulnerable and the balance between those two traits would be wonderful to explore!

Id love to be in RENT as Collins again, Benny in In The Heights or Jekyll/Hyde in Jekyll and Hyde.

I think I'd probably be Ms. Hannigan in Annie.  I don't know why, but it's one of my dream roles.

Dream Role? Hands down Luisa from "The Fantasticks" longest running musical and an all time classic. My personal favorite. :)
